Doll back pack I made up. And I didn't write down the pattern, sorry.
I just made it to fit around this doll, which is called Baby's First Giggles.
I found it at Walmart. It's a soft body, and a very soft vinyl face. No
clothes, it comes with clothes already made onto it. It's really cute.
There is a sound pack inside the body that laughs in a child's voice when
you squeeze it.

These views show the front. The shoulder straps are stretched out at
the top, and the straps that hold the doll in place are smaller, in front
of the back pack on the left.

The left view shows the back of the backpack, with the shoulder straps
crossed over the back of the pack. The right image shows a close up of
the front, where the doll sits, and how I placed the buttons. If the little
girl decides to put a different doll in it, or still wants to use it as
she grows, she can uncross the shoulder straps, and uncross the straps
that hold doll in place. I made button holes in the straps and I worked
them. I used Redheart worsted weight yarn in a dusty pink and plain white.
It's machine wash and dry.

Poncho for my MIL, made from Peacock Yarns Christmas Frost, which I
bought from Herrschners. You can find the free pattern here.
